    Hi Jay,

    As a fellow Broker/REBAPer. I have been eyeing that residential condo property near DLSU-Taft which is posted in UnionBank but somehow a foreign client of mine had a bad experience with the developers of the condo which was said to have rented the unit without the owners permission while they are away in UK.

    Hi Ben, thanks for the info. May we know who the developer was? I sure hope the rentals were remitted to your client, nonetheless what the developers did was illegal. Nice to see a fellow REBAPer visit my blog, thanks!
