CBRE shall be having a public auction on November 29, 2008, Saturday, 9:00am, at the Multipurpose Hall, Insular Life Building, Ayala corner Paseo De Roxas Avenue, Makati City, Philippines. Show money is only Php25,000.00 cash or manager’s check. Based on the ad, it appears these are bank acquired assets or foreclosed properties of ASIATRUST Bank. Financing is available and properties can be purchased for as low as 10% downpayment. Properties are at very low prices!
